Service was Excellent
I bought Dish Network satellite tv and WildBlue satellite internet from Litteer Enterprises and I am so impressed by their true committment to customer service! Before I purchased, I called Mike Sr. a number of times and he always answered my questions honestly and was ...very helpful. Mike Jr. has taken calls from me on his cell phone at some very inconvenient times for him I am sure, but has always helped out a very "computer and technology illiterate" person with a positive and helpful attitude. Kudos to a company that still knows what customer service is supposed to be all about!
