Lloyd's Trash Service

My personal experience is that of excellence! Lloyd's has always been punctual with the pickups. We had moved some time ago & I had asked about empty boxes and bags of leaves...they had no issue with the boxes as long as they were broken down. i also had the same happen to me i was late on one payment and they came and emptied my trash in my yard and when i contacted the service provider the became instantly rude and defensive with me i would not recomend them to anyone go with shorts trash service

The tone in the receptionist's voice when she has to leave a message that they will pick up the container if your payment is not brouht in "BY THE END OF THE DAY", is almost enough to make a person look for another sanitaion service. I have heard of them dumping trash o...n more than one occasion. In my opinion it is a rude and littering practice. After being faithful customer's of Lloyd's Trash Service for 3 years, we cancelled our trash service due to our minimum amounts of trash each week. As a result of our faithfullness, Lloyd's came to pick up their trash bin and proceeded to dump our trash on our front p...orch, after walking it up from the street. We called in with a complaint and they told us that our last trash day was June 30th. This episode was on July 1. They couldn't pick up our trash for free after it was cancelled for only 6 hours. They also admitted that they haven't picked up any trash from us since the beginning of June, so we have been paying for trash service and they haven't had to pick it up for a month, but they still proceeded to dump our trash on our front porch. We will never take our service to Lloyd's again and we will also do whatever we can to prevent other customer's to being subject to such horrible customer service. Read More

We had this trash service for 3 years. I discontinued it last Friday. I had paid thru June 30th (quarterly). On Thursday July 1st (regular trash day) they picked up the cart and dumped the garbage on the front porch. Yes hauled it from street level to put it there.State...d they couldn't give us a free pick up day so threw the garbage for the PAID WEEK of service on the front porch!. Read More

Good service, always a friendly face and helpful if need some help. Also, having the dumping station locally helps alot. With prices today, can't afford to drive to county landfills anymore. Good job everyone !!!!!!!!
