Great Customer Service
Lock & Locksmith Tech could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes. I really appreciated the efficienc...y and ease of completing this job, especially since I had to have it done because my keys had been stolen. Definitely call Lock & Locksmith Tech for rekeying projects -- I highly recommend Jerry and his team. wonderful service in Chicago, IL

Locksmith in Chicago, IL
After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Lock & Locksmith Tech to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and... courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.
Excellent experience with Lock & Locksmith Tech
I wanted a lock problem fixed, and a friend's recommendation couldn't come by until a week in the future. Lock & Locksmith Tech was able to send John on the very same day - which was fortunate because I made the original problem a lot worse by fiddling with things. Joh...n did great work and was very pleasant and courteous. And I thought the final price was definitely reasonable. As with all service providers, I hope to never have a problem requiring them to come around again, but I would most certainly call Lock & Locksmith Tech should the need arise. And to boot, it feels good to support a LOCAL Chicago, IL business!
24 Hours Locksmith Chicago, IL
Jerry and John at Lock & Locksmith Tech were great. The problem I had with my door lock wasn't something they could fix, unfortunately, but the responsiveness, the flexibility with scheduling, and the recommendations they offered were all very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for work that I needed. Very professional.
Amazing Locksmith Service
Great service from Lock & Locksmith Tech. I needed a lock repaired and even though it wasn't urgent they were able to come out the same day. The locksmith was fast, professional, and did the job right. The price seemed fair. I would definitely use Lock & Locksmith Tech again!
