HEADER INSTECTION
I had a header that was in question. It needed to be inspected quickly. Mr. Perez responded in one day with the inspection and report.
Prompt and professional
While in the process of selling my home, the buyer's home inspector identified that the roof truss were cut in my townhouse attic to accommodate an access ladder. With that noted, I needed to find a structural enginneer to evaluate and recommend next steps. I l...ocated LRP Engineering via an internet search and contacted Mr. Perez. Within the same day of contacting Mr. Perez, a visit was made to perform the engineering evaluation. After taking measurements of the attic structure and running some calculations Mr Perez gave me an initial analysis of the attic. Later that evening, I received a preliminary emailed report on the truss that I was able to send to the buyer's agent. Mr Perez understood the urgency I had and worked overtime to complete his engineering report ahead of his stated timeline.
