Appraisal Services
Mr. Lucia was very nice and did a thorough job inspecting our home. We had another appraiser come out last year and didnt ask any questions and ran through the home like it was on fire. Mr. Lucia however spent several minutes just asking us questions about the house an...d neighborhood. We got our appraisal back the NEXT DAY too! Excellent job, I will use them to sell our home too if I sell it.
