Courtesy Call Not Made
I have been doing business for many years with Lyrical Lumber. This time, March 2009, LL did not have the courtesy to let me know that the one string on my autoharp had not been ordered. Although, I realize that it was of little monetary interest to LL, my elementary st...udents for whom I teach are of great importance to me. A phone call from LL to me letting me know that you did not intend to assist me was necessary from a professional standpoint.
