They Just Suck
Customer Service and attitude of employees is not good. Any questions you want to ask them on the phone?? Don't expect a straight answer, especially if they have to make any effort to give it.
Go the extra few miles to the UPS Store a few miles down the road, at Rt 24 and Rt 1.
