Horrible Experience
I am so dissatisfied with the recent service I received on Saturday 01/07/12 that I am almost at a loss for words. How can a business specialize in shipping and provide their customer the incorrect airbill form? On sat. I arrived with a 15 lb box of baked goods and oth...er items to be shipped to Puerto Rico "overnight". Both of the staff/owners of Mail Zone in Camden had me fill out a domestic shipping label rather than an international label. I just went on FedEx.com to track my order that should be on its way to PR tonight to find out its on it's way back to me. Now that my baked goods have been sitting in the mail center since Saturday and when they arrive back to me for their careless mistake I will need to throw out hours of baking in the trash. Not to mention my time and love that went into preparing the package was for nothing. Thanks Mail Zone! Great attention to detail and great customer service!

One stop shop for shipping international and domestic. Various methods of shipping with a refreshing selection of carriers. Beats standing in line at the post office!
Great Service
I love Mail Zone - it's the only place I go for shipping / mailing. The owners are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - not like the service typically received at USPS. I never go to the post office any more - just this Mail Zone location.
GREAT SERVICE!!
I went in to mail Zone with a shipping NIGHTMARE! I needed to have a TV shipped to me from Florida but didn't have the TV's specs or even a good value. Mail Zone was able to send a crate down to Florida for the shipper to box the TV up and was able to give them a pre ...paid packaging and label for the correct weight. The TV arrived at m house in a few days and they took care of EVERYTHING. FANTASTIC service and their knowledge of shipping was incredible. I have used them for all my shipping ever since.
