Great service....
I have a Fannie May 30 year fixed rate loan, I wanted to refinance but I had no equity and my home would not appraise. Majestic Mortgage Services told me about the HARP 2 program which allows me to refinance with out an appraisal, even though my home was significantly u...pside down, Majestic Mortgage Services had a solution for me. The catch was that I needed to have my old Fannie Mae loan before June 1. With my new loan interest rate loan, now I can stay in my home without doing a short sale, Majestic Mortgage Services and HARP 2 is a life saver.
