Was constantly pushed into buying a car by both sales rep and manager. After a long debate we decided to leave since we constantly felt that these guys did not seem friendly and just wanted to make a sale. Both kept on saying that its just a car, and no its not just a... car im not just throwing away my hard earned money on a piece of junk that I don't like. We've had our Accord in for servicing umpteen times - and they still can't figure out the problem - they call after two days for us to pick up the car, but haven't even looked at it! Now we get daily automated messages that our car is due for servicing - ha! I don't think we'd take it there, anyway! Stop the calls!!!!!

I got an internet quote from Joe Sabatini for a Honda Civic. I went in the dealership and was approached by Mike Steven. Both Joe Sabatini and Mike Steven didn't look too happy after finding out it was 'Cash for Clunker' deal. Joe Sabatini was rude and obnoxious. I don'...t understand how these people in the sales profession can afford to be this way. They made the deal and I told them to lower it a bit. In any case, I told them I'd come in late in the afternoon with the clunker to complete the transaction. I was told that they'd be doing the 'Cash for Clunker' till 9 pm that day (Friday). Next day I called and said the numbers don't make sense financially for us and we don't want to buy the SUV... and when I asked for my money back they gave me the run around. I went in today to speak to the Manager... they made me wait for th...e Sales Manager while the General Manager was right there (found out later) and knew the whole situation. The sales manager said you signed and I said NO i did not sign...except for the credit app. Then he said he would have to take a look at the paper work and then started to deal with other customers and ignored me.
