Most amazing service
We bought a bathroom counter top. The driver was actually involved in an accident the day of delivery for our top and others. They still came through with the delivery and install and that was not expected of them by any means. To the other reviews, your first mistake is buying from Home Depot! Stop trying to save a buck
One of the worst experiences I have ever had.
We purchased through Home Depot and McDermott was their sub contractor. A cutting mistake on their part resulted in a complete replacement but only after several attempts by them to try to get us to accept poor workmanship. Through the whole process they made us feel like we were a burden to them and never offered an apology. Thankfully Home Depot sided with us.

Very professional. We were very pleased with the workmanship and professional attitude. Countertops were beautifully done. Excellant communication. They called and showed up exactly when they said. Also very respectful of our home. We would definitely use them again!
Run away...you will not get what you order!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased my countertops (Staron) through Home Depot, who contracts with Top Shop. Initially the countertop was 2 weeks late, and the cutout for the stove was incorrect, so they had to take it back and fix it. Two weeks later,... I had my countertop...with the wrong sink installed, and no side-splash on one side. They came to install the side splash, and it's STILL not right-- the wrong size piece installed. At this point it just makes me angry to look at it. I don't think these people deserve a dime for the job they did. If you screw up, fine, but at least correct your mistake. They are taking no responsibility for the multiple mistakes they made, including putting the wrong sink in. I now will not be getting the sink I wanted, and was willing to pay for, unless I have the whole thing replaced. This countertop was templated May 19, and is still not right, JULY 18. In short, they suck. If you value your time and sanity, don't use them.
Terrible
I think this place has the absolute worst service I have ever received. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. They don't communicate at all and they are never ontime.
