This company seems to always have inferior, used or generally poor quality or old technology equipment. When asked if they can order or get something more up to date I have been told it is too expensive or the "Home Office" won't approve of the purchase. This has happen...ed a number of times for me. The equipment I have requested is in use by other medical supply providers in my area.
