Mindy's Paw's and Claws only accepts cash. They do not take debit/credit cards nor checks. They don't even provide reciepts. I think someone should contact the IRS. I would go back to this establishment for any reason.
Worst establishment that I have done business with
Lets begin by saying, "DON'T GO HERE EVEN IF THEY OFFER FREE PUPPIES AND GROOMS" Sold me a birth defected puppy, which is costing an arm and a leg. Mindy is the rudest unprofessional individual that I have ever met. Save yourself and drive by and don't even look!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
never ever
the only thing i must say is never ever for no reason,, not ever !!!!!!! bad money hungery, lier, scammer, treats her employees very badly, screams and yells at them, nothing is ever good enough, tells them to lie to the customers about the puppies she sells and where t...hey come from, she buys them on creigslist for small amounts of money and then sells them for hundreds of dollors in her shop, she lies about the breeds is tells people they are what ever they look like the most, never go to work for her it is a fight just to get your pay, i know of 4 people right now that all quit in the last 2 weeks due to being treated very badly, and has had to turn her into L
Id give them no starts if I could
We bought a cat from Mindy's Paws and Claws in April 2012. Our only criteria for a cat was it was a spayed female. We called Mindy's and asked if they had any spayed cats for sale. They said yes so we went to meet her. Again, we asked the employee if the cat was fix...ed and she assure us that yes, she was indeed fixed. We decided to purchase her. A week after she was with us, we noticed that she was starting to swell in the abdomen and her nipples were starting to "pink". Both of which are signs of a pregnancy in cats. I called the shop and told them my dilemma. They told me it was probably worms, but offered to refund my money ($40) and give them the cat back. I said no because I had bonded with the cat, but wanted the shop to pay for her spaying because we had been assured that she was spayed when we purchased. The employee said she would call her boss and call me back. I never heard back. I decided to worm her, but before I could get to the vets office, she gave birth to 4 kittens. Again, I called the shop and asked if they would please spay her and I would give them the kittens when they had weaned. THey only offered a refund of my money. Again, I said no because I wanted the cat I purchased, and I wanted her in the condition I agreed to her purchanse upon. THey said they would call Mindy and return my call. I heard nothing back again. FInally today, June 17, 2012, two of the kittens contracted an eye virus so I called the shop and asked if they would please cover the vet care they would need for the antibiotics they required. Again, the employeed called her boss, Mindy. The shop DID call me back this time, only to threaten me with a antiharassment order if I called their shop again. I gave Mindy's paws and claws 3 chances to do the right thing after lying to me in the first place. They not only lied to me when selling the cat, but have refused to rectify the problem all together and threatened me with legal action.
