Buyer Beware
I recently placed an order from this company for Mothers Day and was so dissapointed with the arrangement delivered. The picture on their website did not represent what was received. Some of the flowers had been replaced with lesser quality flowers and filled with more... greens than anything. I had to call another company to have another arrangement sent to replace the embarassing one from this florist . When I called to request a partial refund the owner himself wanted to negotiate the refund amount stating that the vase was expensive and the flowers were as well due to Mothers Day week which in my opinion is not my problem because he's the one who sets the price for the merchandise. I feel like all they were out to do is take my money and send whatever they saw fit. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. This was my first and last transaction with them. On top of that I am out of my money.
