I have had the pleasure of working with Pat on purchasing our first home in Round Rock and recently selling our Round Rock home and purchasing our home in Cedar Park. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. She is fabulous at what she does and takes care... of every single detail to the point that I could sit back and not even worry about the in's and out's of buying and especially selling. She takes care of the tiniest of details and it is so nice to have an honest realtor on top of everything. Although she is in high demand because of her expertise, somehow she makes you feel like her only client by the attention that she gives you. One thing that really impressed me when selling my home was the feedback I got from other realtors who showed our house, saying what a great realtor I had. I know this made a difference in the traffic through our home. We listed our home end of November and it sold in December, very quickly for holiday season. Pat is extremely knowledgeable and has been working in the Austin area for many years so she truly knows this market. I highly recommend Pat if you are looking to buy or sell your home!
