The way it should be
Took my vehicle to Custom Counts today to figure out why my fans wouldn't shut off. Upon arriving, immediately I knew I wasn't at the usual shop. This shop was small it only has two doors and no waiting room or office. I walked in to find a mechanic working on a Jeep, a...nd a shop with a lot of nice new tools and equipment. The mechanic was Matt (he is also the owner) I explained that I had been told he could fix my problem. I have been to four other shops and no one had been able to resolve the problem. Matt grabbed his laptop computer and a diagnostic scanner and walked out to my car. He Scanned my car and just like everyone else he found no problems. But unlike everyone else he didn't stop, instead he grabbed his laptop and started looking at a bunch of diagrams and the next thing you know he's got the hood open and is chasing something. Not even two minutes later my fans are off and the problems solved. He charged me less than the other shops charged to NOT fix it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
