Joe the thief
use someone else. Joe sucks!!
failed to come and do the job and kept my deposit
I gave Joe Mountcastle a cash deposit to cut down some trees, haul them away and grind the stumps. He never showed up to do the job. He never called me and everytime I called him he said he would be there the next day or on a certain day and never showed up. I don't recommend this guy for any work.
walked off my job!!!
was getting joe to build a retaining wall patio. joe had plenty of time to finish the job but he did not show up. he would come around 11 if he was coming. i would call him and not get an answer, if i did get an answer i would hear all excuses. the one day he was in the... hospital and his helper was going to lose an eye. the next day he actually came to work and the 2 of them were fine with no problems, thats funny. we saw him doing drugs out front of our house. then he didn t come back for a week. then 3 days before my wifes baby shower he walked off the job. he had 2 weeks to finish prior to the shower. he broke my sliding glass door and now i have to finish the patio and replace my door. my yard is a mess from him. do not use this low life cause you will get burned. the other reviews are most likely his friends and family.
Hard workers
I had Joe Mountcastle tackle a tough demolition job while I was away. Joe used lots of common sense and did a great job and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend him.Geoff Sweeney
