Disaster
I signed on with them last winter to move over from godaddy.com. Staff at MyEco were very hard to get a hold of, causing us months of delay. They don't seem to work normal business hours or return calls. Finally we canceled services, which was confirmed by email from... the company. 6 months later, I get a notice that they are going to charge my credit card on file $14.95. Repeated attempts to get them to halt the charge went nowhere, and again I couldn't get a hold of anyone. The charge went through and I am still fighting it.
