NATIONAL ADVANCED GRINDING SERVICE
While wood recycling facilities can be found in some areas, they are not as widely available as plastic, metal and cardboard recycling centers.
Because of this relatively limited availability, many wood products are sent to landfills each year.
Another unfortunate byproduct is the costs incurred by having a third party waste management company manage your wood waste by supplying you with waste containers, at an average cost of $250-$350 per container every time they haul it off.
National Advanced Grinding Service is your solution. We have tackled this opportunity by acquiring the B-66 Mobile Wood Grinder, a product of ROTOCHOPPER. This beautiful machine inhales massive quantities of wood while the 28 tooth rotor quietly turns it all into uniformly ground mulch or fuel in one quick pass. And at as little as 85 decibels under full load, with the B-66 we can run all day without complaints from our operators or the neighborhood. A low rumble and a pile of ground wood is all you will get from this 35 ton machine.
Though the MC-266 MWG is specifically designed to break down wood to just about any size desired, that doesn’t begin to describe it’s capabilities.
Currently National Advanced Grinding Service is being contracted monthly to grind hundreds of tons of fiber cement siding and sheets. The ease in which the material is ground down is amazing. Plastics and other construction materials are also part of the menu.
