We really enjoy working with them.
They are almost always available when you call, you never get an answering machine. They are usually available the same day. Even if you call late in afternoon, normally they can make that happen. Everything has been really good, the prices have also been good.
Reliable and affordable for our office
If I could, I would get them 4.5 stars. We have been using Nevernest Pest Control for years. They set up traps if we have rodents and we find them to be reliable and affordable, which keeps us coming back to them.
Not satisfied with them.
Basically, we have a rat problem at our association's condo complex. We have hired them to eradicate the problem, and increased the service contract so they come twice a month. We pay an outrageous amount, and we still have the problem. They don't suggest doing anything... about it until we call and complain. They are supposed to monitor property on their own, which they don't do. We are now looking to change.
Fast, efficient, fair and competent
Nevernest Pest Control does a good job. We call them from time to time, they do the service, he sends me a bill and I pay it. I've never had a complaint from any of my tenants.
Really good working with them.
We have had Nevernest Pest Control perform the monthly service for some of our buildings. Otherwise, they treat our units when a problem appears. We never have any issues with them. If they have to go back, they will go back, and sometimes they won't even charge for the second treatment. It has been really good working with them for the last three years.
bed bugs! oh boy..
I had bedbugs, horror of horrors! Before choosing Nevernest, I consulted with another pest control company that was going to require me to literally turn my whole condo upside down. I was REQUIRED to do all this crazy prep work before treatment, even though my bed bug ...situation was a relatively new problem. So it was quite a relief when I spoke to the (very knowledgable) Nevernest person on the phone. I could get treatment that day. Diffferent chemicals were used to tackle different aspects of problem and I would not be required to turn everything upside down. So Nevernest came the same day. A young guy showed up, not looking all that official but I didn't care one wit! he knew what he was doing!! AND THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED!!! What a huge relief. !! So....if you have bedbugs... don't believe those who tell you you have to flip through every book, store everything in plastic bags, prep for a week. THIS MAY BE THE CASE if you have a longstanding problem, but if, like me, you had a few harborages, the problem was maybe 6 weeks long.. Call Nevernest TODAY. Wash and dry all clothes in bedroom. Be thorough in the followup... Anyway, thanks to NEVERNEST, that chapter is over. WHEW!!
