New Era Remodeling & Repairs, LLC

We contacted 3 contractors to remodel our home for preparation for sale. Only 1 of them responded with a detail and competitive estimate. We liked the way the owner of New Era, David Sabet, professionally responded to our needs and we decided to hire him immediately. ... He and his crew remodeled two bathrooms, painted one bedroom, repaired some walls, replaced all the carpets, and installed hardwood floor in the office above and beyond our expectations. We enjoyed doing business with him and his crew. They worked in our house for 3 weeks. They showed up every day on time and clean up after themselves at the end of every day. David informed us of the progress of the project on daily bases. Their work did not alter our comfort at home. They Exceeded our expectations in many ways. Read More

The ceiling stucco in our house has been bothering me for quit sometimes. We had a long rain couple of weeks ago and surely, our old roof leaked and stained the ceilings. We also had some cracks in the walls and ceilings too. Now I had the excuse to ask my husband to g...et rid of the stucco since he suggested that we should fix the cracks and paint the walls and the ceilings. We wanted a company that could fix our roof, remove the stucco, fix the cracks, and paint the whole interior of the house. We asked around and one of my friends referred us to New Era Remodeling and Repairs (NewEraRepairs.com). This company was very good in providing a detailed estimate and they were kind enough to revised their estimates when we added and deleted a few other tasks. They did a great and clean job. We will certainly hire them again for our future home repair needs. Read More

Hail and storm damaged my house about a month ago. Im an elderly woman in my 90s and had a hard time getting the insurance company to pay for all the damages. In some cases, they were not paying enough for the repairs and in some other cases, they were not covering the damages done at all. My cousin referred me to New Era Remodeling

We started have some problems with our roof after the storm hit us couple of weeks ago. New Era was referred to us by a friend. They fixed our roof at several locations, cleaned our gutters, replaced our house bell system, fixed some water damaged ceilings for a very reasonable price. They did good quality work.
