Place to Avoid: Northside Collision
The store manager there is apathetic about you and your car. He only cares about his liability and money! Tried to had my bumper replaced and he came to me and told me this with a threatening voice because I didnt want to replace the impact bar: "if you don't want the i...mpact bar, just let you know that we're not going to be responsible for any of the damage incurred by it. I don't want you to come back and tell us that it's our fault". What a jerk he is! Just because you are thinking you're getting a lot of customers and you think you won't lose them, I can tell you that is wrong because I won't be going back there after my last one!
