Great Service
I have been with OAS for several years and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. Whenever I was in need of toner for my several copy machines that I lease thru them, I had a prompt delivery the very next day. If there was ever a problem withone of m...y machines they sent a technician who was there in 3 hours or less. Needless to say I am very happy with the service I get from them. I would definitly do future business with office automation.
Stay Away
I had done business with this company for many years. Recently, they have changed hands. Their service has been terrible. When we have had problems their solution has been to offer voice mail. It seems that " the person who handles that" is never available when we call.... I have had to contact them literally dozens of times in the past year. Rarely have I ever received a return call.
