One Time Construction

My suggestion would be to use any company other than One Time Construction! This is a storm chasing company. We have had nothing but problems with OTC. Stosh and his employees make promises and lies and have fast answers for everything. The workmanship is horrible, unt...ruthful employees who stole from us and another residence that we know of. They didn't pull a permit for job, aren't properly licensed and had lapsed insurance. Call the 800# - they and their paperwork say they have offices in OH & IN. When you call the 800#, it goes to the Flint, MI office, even when you push the numbers to be connected to OH & IN. They don't have offices in these other states, they have done wok there! After releasing them from our contract, the very next day they did work on our house (they hadn't done any work there in over a month. This would be considered trespassing!) and then Stosh proceeded to file a lien on our property. We have filed a complaint with he State and were told we weren't the only ones.We were also told this same thing when we called their liability insurance company. Read More
