Horrible!
The office staff are rude and unprofessional! The doctor was wonderful, but my experience with her was overshadowed by the rudeness of her assistants. One in particular a woman that looked to be in her early 50's, trying unsuccessfully to dress like a 20 yr old, needs t...o find a job far away from dealing with the public. She openly insulted my insurance, and couldn't have been more impolite if she tried. I will never return to the Naugatuck Opticare.
