I appreciated the quick service response at PC Genie.

I wanted a virus removed from my PC and it was the Saturday before the holidays, 20 minutes before closing time. I called and said I was on my way in but I wasn't sure if I could be there on time. I was told that they would wait for me to arrive. I got lost and was 1...0 minutes late. They were still open! I did not feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. My laptop had a malware virus. Took it in Thursday and he said I would have it back Monday at the latest. He called me back the next day (Friday) and my computer was back to normal again.
