Poor Service
I have taken my pc to these people 2 times this year for the same problem. $125 each time. The last time was 2 weeks ago and the same problem came back. Took it back to these jokers and they wanted MORE MONEY to fix it again. I told them of my displeasure with their ...so called service but it meant nothing to them. I took this same computer over to OFFICE DEPOT and they fixed it for nothing. Just a few clicks of the mouse.
