I can't get my moneys worth out of this place . Mens showers are a joke. Haven't seen a shower head replaced or even cleaned in 4 yrs of on and off membership. Maybe one has good pressure ?, not to mention the steamshowers of which no more then 1 or 2 out of 6 is workin...g at once. So I stopped using them. Additionally the "open" gym time conflicts with other members being permitted to set up for step and body pump classes up to an hour and a half prior to the classes scheduled start. This has become a safety and conveniance issue for me while trying to play basket and volleyball. Too many things that are advertised to justify the membership cost are not actually or properly provided and because of this I've terminated my membership in hopes that by summers end I can find someplace else that values "all" it's customers memberships and money equally. I joined Peak Fitness when they opened. This is the most member friendly gym I have belonged to. Their personal trainers are all well certified, and friendly. I was involved in a life threatening MVA 3 years ago. Doctors were not positive about my recovery or the ex...tent of physical ability I would recover. Physical therapy got me motivated, and walking with a cane. My personal trainer at Peak took me to the limits almost as good as prior to the accident. This gym just recently opened less than a year ago. Everything in it, including the building, is brand new. There is a sports drink bar as well as a coffee shop located inside. The trainers seem knowledgeable about the different equiptment....
