Must be a Mistake
The review by Mr. Hoover must be a mistake. Dr. Jeffrey Brosof is the only optometrist at this location (not a female optometrist) He has been my eye doctor for 20 years. He is not "Flippant", always puntual, gives thorough eye exams and is very easy to talk to. H...is staff is very friendly and I have never had a bad experience. Also, this is not their exact location. They are in the IVY RIDGE shopping center in Phil., Pa.
Can't be bothered with customer service, evidently
Showed up on time for my appointment, was made to wait for over an hour. When I attempted to discuss the situation with the optometrist, she was quite flippant and made told me quite bluntly that my opinion of their customer service didn't matter to her. I'll never go back there again.
