Renovations
The property is being renovated on a daily basis. The prices can't be beat. The service is excellent. We love our new neighbors.
Great Place to Live!
I have lived at Penny Tree Apts. for almost 2 yrs. and it is a great place to live. The have clean, well maintained all bills paid units at a low price. The complex has great landscaping with pools and other features. The manager is professional and any problems such as... repairs are handled in a very prompt and professsional manner. This is the best deal on apartments in Mesa and should really be considered if you are looking for a new place to live.Demetrios B.,
