Poor Customer Service, Do Not Keep Word
We had a deal on a car made, paperwork all done, vehicle ready to pick up the next day. Received a phone call late at night saying they sold the car because they could get more money......didn't really care about the agreement we already had.
Do Not Keep their Word on Car Sales
I had a vehicle that I made an offer on Dec. 7, and it was accepted. I faxed the dealership all of my paperwork, license, insurance, registration to be applied to the vehicle, and made arrangements to pick it up on Friday Dec 9. I even gave the dealership my credit ca...rd information to put a hold on the vehicle. I received a phone call just now, at 10 pm at night, from the dealership, telling me that they sold the car, that the money I put down wasn't enough to hold the car, and that it was gone because they got more money for it. No apologies, no care, no concern.
