Phillips Heating & Air

Stay away from this heating and air business. Very dishonest
replaces parts that donot need to be replaced and the unit runs a day or two? Does not return calls, Try's to keep teeling you that other parts that donot need to be replaced are bad. Another heating company fixed it same day and it was not even what Jason said was wrong with the unit. A BIG RIP OFF!!!!!

The worst most dishonest company I have ever come across!!! I bought a Tappan heat pump and furnace from these guys in '09. Less than 16 months later (on a Saturday morning) the furnace failed. They never returned any of my calls to this day (6 months later still waiti...ng) I purchased a 10 year parts and labor warranty at the time of my furnance/heat-pump install which phillips registered as labor only with the exteneded warranty. I finally got ahold of another company in S. Carolina and he came out on Sunday to fix it. Only to have the extended warratnty give him the run around. I finally paid the guy out of pocket. Still have not heard from Phillips . will be contacting the BBB shortly. Spend a couple extra hundered dollars and buy from an honest company who will stand behind their product. I wish I could give negitive stars. Read More
