Always an issue
This is by far the worst of the pier ones in CT. They forget to inform you if something you ordered to be picked up in store is out of stock, then when you ask them to order it for you, they forget to do that as well. Cut to a year later when you decide to try them agai...n, and they sell you a display cushion, ( which I ordered online, never knowing id be getting a used display item) with two gigantic holes in them! I should have known considering I picked it up and it was in a giant clear garbage bag. Pier one isn't exactly cheap, and I'd certainly expect better customer service and quality merchandise!
