5/19 wedding courdry center
Slow service, food subpar. By the time we were even served our meal the other half of the guests had already completely finished eating. I have been to many catered events of a similar size and the slow service was unexcusable. I felt so bad for the bride for having to ...endure this. Blackened fish didn't even have a sear to it. Tasted like steamed fish with super salty soul seasoning on it. The chicken was so dry with no garnish or sauce people had a hard time swallowing it! Those at our table who ordered it left it on the plate it was so dry and tasteless. Bad service and bad food. I got up to go to the bathroom and when I got back my drink (and everyone else's at the table) had been removed. We had to go to the bar to get drinks to go with our dinner. What kind of caterer doesn't place /serve drink (ice tea/water?) with a sit down served dinner?!
