I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work that Mike Van Brill delivers!!! They're an awesome company and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a pool. They have incredibly reasonable prices and do really good quality work. It's nice to see the difference that you get when you deal with a family owned and operated business... They get 5 stars in my opinion!!!

Michael Vanbrill is the most honest contractor I have come across. These guys go out of there way to satisfy you. my wife asked about a self cleaner, and Michael took one off of the shelf and gave it too her. NO CHARGE. The material used is all quality, The complaints on this site are garbage, and probable from a competitor. Once again Thank Mike. John and Gina

By far this company is one of the worse companies that I have ever done business with. It would take more text that allowed for me to document why! Beware, initially very friendly but not very friendly when you call them out on a service that you paid for and they don't even come close to delivering. They are outright misleading and unprofessional! BEWARE, they ask for money up front for service and there is a reason why!!!!!

Please do not purchase a pool from Van Brills they are terrible, unprofessional, rude, And conniving. When purchasing the Pool, the owner will promise you the moon and stars , show you pictures of his beautiful house, and pool , but after you finish paying you are destroyed, Have a problem , good luck getting any help, problem with the liner, leaking, sagging, etc! they will laugh In your face! Inquire about the warranty, Its your problem, you put too much chlorine, you didnt let us close It, and so on . when I finally got the one brother to patch and to pull up sections on the liner that were sagging, he said youll never get a new liner or any repairs thats just the way It Is. I do all the dirty work and my brother makes all the money!. I have heard complaints from former workers, and people we know about the terrible treatment from Vanbrills, and I am trying to get together a signed petition, get a consumer advocate to investigate, and report them to the BBB.
