TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pools Of Carolina has horrible customer service. This was my second fiberglass pool. My first one I had a wonderful experience, but that company was no longer open when I bought my new house, so I used this company. Rusty called me everyday until I signed the contract. ...They said it was a turn key job just like their website says. Well I found this to NOT be true. After I signed the contract Rusty immediately told me that I had to pay the electrician because that was not included, but I had to use their electrician or they would not stand behind it. The contract said a maximum of $1250 for the electrical. Rusty came and we told him where we wanted the pool and pump and electrical box and he drew it all out. Well when they came to start the installation Hamp said they could not put the pool where we wanted it, so he moved it. Then he told us we had to find our own electrician. Then he said we had to pay for installation of tile. My slide is not right and they will not answer my calls.
