COLD BEER, FROSTY SERVICE Rating: ZERO STARS I've been shopping at the Glastonbury location for about 6 years. It's unbelievable how rude and cold some of the staff in this store are. Most people are civil but not friendly, and have a basic knowledge of products. Whil...e none of them seem very into what they're doing, and so don't show any interest in the products they're selling, it doesn't stop me from going to buy beer or inexpensive wines. But never for anything better than average. For that, I go to another local place where the staff are aware, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful...oh, and happy to see me! The biggest jerk at this store is a sour older man. HE IS RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I have met some jerks in my life but he is the epitome of a TOTAL JERK. It really makes me take my business elsewhere. Mostly, I treat it as a convenience store - in and out for just the basics. Does anyone know if he is the owner? I highly doubt that, but who would put up with such a jerk? Read More
