Poor quality install and service
On install quality: counter top pieces are not straight. In fact they are almost 2" off from bottom cut to the splash guard. Pretty noticeable. No cut aligns with any seam in splash guards. Post-install, the sink is coming apart from counter-top. After 2 calls, a p...erson came to look and admitted it had been installed poorly and recommended calling the owner to figure out a resolution. FIVE calls to the owner over 2 months have gone without a response. So now we have a sink with almost a 1" gap from the counter top to the sink, water splashing into our cabinets, and an apparently unsupportive owner. Oh, and the sealing in the corners between splash guard and counter top has and remains cracked. We have 2 other granite jobs to do in my house (Master Bath and Bar) and we would definitely NOT use this outfit.
bait-switch sink
Overall happy with process and counter and install but they bait-switched the sink. They show off Amerisink in office, and I paid $100 extra for a better model. They installed a no-name brand (Cappuicci) and told me it is the same model as Amerisink. It is not made my A...merisink and I got a brochure and it is not even the same model number. It appears to be a cheap import from some guys in NY. I told them that is was hoirrible that they show off a Amerisink in the showroom, put an Amerisink model number on my invoice and swap out with another sink. I spent thousands with them on the countertop and they try to make a few more $ off me by switching to a cheaper sink? As such i referred my friends who are redoing their kithens to another company. Maybe contact BBB as well.
