Absolutely Horrible
The previous reviews are correct. These dolts sold me a re-built computer AT A NEW PRICE and told me it was new. How do I know? The video card had dust on it and the motherboard hadn't been sold anywhere for at least a year. Plus there was dust on that too. My brot...her went there before and had a bad experience also when it took them 3 days to remove a trojan virus and cost $130+!!! There are plenty of better and cheaper places to get your computer fixed. Oh, and if you try to talk to the manager/owner you get stonewalled. Dishonest AND a rip off! Also, check Yahoo and Google reviews...many bad reviews for these guys.
Great Services and Sales
Have bought my last two computers from Raven, and have had repairs done to others. Always ready and willing to answer even the dumb questions.
