Raymond Petrunich, DDS

I have been to Dr Petrunich for dental extractions of wisdom teeth. It was done with very little discomfort and no lasting pain. I had a lot of anxiety going to see him to get this done, however he and his staff are the best. They took wonderful care of me and were very... professional. He is a highly skilled DDS and I recommend him to all in need of one. I am currently going back to his office for an extraction and an implant. I had the best experience at Dr. Petrunich's office. I had 4 teeth pulled and it was such a simple process. Dr. Petrunich and his staff are all wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend this office to any and everyone!!

His office staff are the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with in any office. I called worried about maybe I have oral cancer and just wanted the doctor to take a look and scheduled the appointment. When I got there I walked to the front desk to sign in ...and ask just a few questions. While they were taking my insurance card, the blonde lady at the desk was telling me the Oral Surgeon may not be able to even address my concerns about the oral cancer but to discuss it with him. Now I've been anxious for quite some time about this issue of course so I started to say usually surgeons can take one look and tell you either no or yes we need to biopsy it. I didn't even get to finish that sentence before she started to get rude and off putting. She put her finger up at me (in a way like telling me to be quiet) and said very rudely said hold on I'm in the middle of doing something right now. Then rolled her eyes at me. (Which by the way when I walked in , she wasn't, she started doing something after they took my insurance card and were supposed to be checking me in) You DON't conduct yourself like that when a person comes in especially worried about oral cancer. I walked out without even being seen because that hurt my feelings so bad because I finally thought I was going to have answers, and the blonde lady at he front desk had to treat me like less than human. I can't rate the doctor because i didn't even get a chance to see him because of the situation. My advice is don't waste your time here if you have a serious situation you need answers to because this doctor/surgeon keeps a rude, mean, off putting staff and that speaks volumes about him as a doctor. Had best experience with Dr. Petrunich's office! His front desk personnel are professional, accommodating and friendly given the amount of work they handle daily. Dr. Petrunich himself is a caring dental surgeon who takes the time to explain your options and his recomme...ndations. Plus to those with dental anxiety, he is a pain free surgeon with an amazing talent to get the job done quickly - without pain. And believe his asst. when she tells you, you shouldn't have pain after the procedure because you won't. I am writing this the day after my procedure (three teeth removed side by side one abscessed and two adjacent "good" teeth with bone loss). I have taken 2 advil (as the novacaine wore off - I panicked from normal gum irritation) and haven't had anything since. I could actually eat yesterday after the procedure (and I have stitches) and I slept without pain. I highly recommend this DDS! Read More

Dr Petrunich (Ray) has the best practice along with the most professional staff aside from a couple at the front desk but his assistant is highly trained and is pleasant and thorough!!
