What do you want to know?
My parents and I are long term customers. They are just like family!!! I could not have thought of anyone else to help me with my engagement ring and I plan on always coming back to them. They are simply wonderful.
Been a longtime customer
I've been a long time customer of thiers since they custom designed my wife's engagement ring over 12 years ago. Since then we've had them reset a stone into a necklace, purchases quite a bit of jewelry and a couple of watches. Their customer service has always been e...xcellent, prices competitive, and quality of work high. Now my daughter is having her engagement ring custom designed.
Ring Re-sizing
I was very pleased with the service. It took a little longer than I wanted it to but I think I was just anxious to get the ring back.
Amazing!
Raytown Jewelers has the ability to repair just about anything! I was so surprised when they fixed my grandfather's clock, which hadn't worked for twenty years!
Great job!
