Reflexions

I just wanted to take a minute to write about how much I love this place! I came in scared and intimidated, I was not in good shape and had no idea what to do. I just knew I needed to make a change. I didn't have a lot of money to spend, but I was able to meet with some...one everyone month to help me with my workout for FREE! Everyone there is super nice and always have words of encouragement for me... and for everyone. I never feel pressured here. I have been a member here for a few years now and have had a really great experience. The staff is all friendly and supportive, always willing to take time to answer questions or just chat. I don't always take advantage of it, but you can meet with a trainer every month... for free. There's an awesome group of women here and I actually look forward to coming to the gym now!
