Anything but professional! They never return phone calls or emails. They drag their feet on everything. The front staff are very rude and uneducated. And the maintenance part of the company is dysfunctional. Seems like they are just trashy and try to screw people over ...on their security deposits. Again, unprofessional and not educated in customer service or business. :( BE CAREFUL!

Ok so lets be honest, who actually likes their landlords??? I have to have an outstanding experience with a landlord, but really I can acknowledge that I don't like to pay my rent to someone every month, and when I have a maintenance issue I want it fixed right then ra...ther than waiting for someone on call. However I can also be a rational person and see that the only person who is going to get fired up enough to take the time out of their busy day to post something online is someone angry. No one happy thinks lets leave them a thank you note. But I do feel like I should thank rental professionals for being a good landlord in a un favorable job. They did their job and made it very clear what they would need and expected of me to be their tenant, so that things could go along smoothly. So thanks.
