Butch has to be the worst salesman ever. We wanted to become more educated in the Riddell products that we will be using this fall during helmet fitting and all he does is tell you about "the good old days" of football and tried to make himself look like he's and Alph...a male of the conversation. Typical 1960's old school football mentality. Not a lot of education on his part. He doesn't even introduce himself. He's the typical over-the-hill retired I'm right you're wrong person. And the moment you ask him a question and try to guide him to your concern he comes off as belittling you. Bottom line is that he needs to retire from sales and let an energetic PROFESSIONAL young person come in and take over. I mean I had to leave messages with his wife because the man doesn't own a cell phone. Terrible customer service. not surprised about Frank. He is one arrogant, rude and nasty person. when we have a problem, he loves to talk his way out of it. never apologizes or even tries to help. he doesn't return calls until we leave him a nasty message. Schutt is a good company. I think we will be trying them.

Beware of their salesman Frank M.,He likes to hit on all the women and teachers at the shcools. He is cockie. Ridell is going to find a law suit against them for this pig!

sent back the helmet because it was sent as a alarge and we ordered a medium and we never received credit for it or aa explaination as why they sent the wrong merchandise.
