Thanks, you guys are sweet! At first the Delta went through a couple different companies until we found Rosen. The people there are great. I have relied on your work and experience for a long time now.

After a frustrating experience with another management firm, I finally know I can trust a company to take care of what has to be done for my building. My property manager is always happy to help and answer questions (and being the Board President I have many). Couldn't be happier with the service Rosen provides.

We recently changed management companies and so far, so great.  It was good to realize we can have quality for less - we were paying way more for a lousy AND lazy manager who was never able to find solutions for our problems. I owe them a big thank you for the patience and attention!

Ok, first of all, Rosen staff deserves congrats for handling the problems reported immediately and asking for feedback once it has been taken care of. The most important to me though is that they hardly wait for us to report something. Proactive is the word to describe their service.

With their continuous efforts, I believe that the Rosen can make any building look amazing, that's exactly what they did with our older vintage condo. And it attracted the perfect family. So happy we found Rosen!!
