I love Roux
Really?! I love Roux! So when I heard they have a branch in Austin, I became super excited! So why I am still in vacation at Austin, we dine here. I’ve been here many times now and I don’t have any bad experience at all. My all-time favorite is their mountain trout, which always satisfied my hunger and cravings! Roux will always be my favorite restaurant.
Great Cajun
Great food and drinks. Enjoyed sitting out on 6th Street and enjoying my food because of their open windows to the street. The staff was great and I ended up spending hours there more than I expected. Roux is a fantastic stop for locals and tourists alike.
