Royal Hair Extensions

I am not why all those people are writing bad feedback's about this place, they seem all fake since they are all done the same day.. I went to this place about a month ago. they operate from a private suite and this is why I went there. I always had issues with my nat...ural hair not growing and being very thin. I found Royal hair online and their friendly staff explained the process on the phone. I then made an appointment, the staff is very friendly and they all have great experience the girl who did my hair worked for the famous Patricia salon for 7 years so if this is not experience what is??? the hair was beautiful and I still have it in, it did not tangle and yes I did pay more than the promo price of $499 since i was for 100 strands and I ended up getting 150 strands so I paid $750 this is still way less than many places out there. Don't listen to all those people who are jealous and are just trying to harm business's! this place is legit and you will never have to wait around like other places, they make you an appointment and you have the room for yourself so it is very nice and private. I went here for the first time for hair extensions and put my faith in their product. I paid for the second to best quality of hair and was reassured that it would last 6 months or more. Two and half months later it looked like I had barbie hair, meaning that it looked ...fake, and burned out. The blonde they put in looked burned out and HORRIBLE!!!! Not only that but the glue that use "Keratin Glue" is a lie. When I had them taken out by another professional she told it was some sort of glue and not the keratin glue they promised me. Royal Hair Extensions NYC did balayage on my hair. After I looked like a tiger... It was terrible. I had to pay $500 dollars somewhere else to get it fixed. Royal Hair Extensions NYC staffs never checked on my hair while it was in the foils. They gave me the worst service ever! they did not appreciate the fact that i was giving them business i asked for a certain technician and they refuse to give me that information in which resulted into a huge conflict because my hair turned out looking like Hurricane Ka...trina! if only they had paid attention and respected my wishes things could have turned out differently and the hair stylist that i kept down talking her own co-workers which i thought was very unprofessional i am not sure if this business is going to last too long the air is just to thick. No one seems to invite happiness. I guess my advice to them is just to appreciate your surroundings and be thankful to people in general. since thats been said i will return to my regular stylist located in Madison Avenue where everyone gets along and holds a friendly atmosphere! To make a long story short i am very fortunate to have met many great hairstylists in such comfortable environments but i didn't realize how lucky i was until i entered Royal Hair Extensions NYC located in NYC.
