Ruff Ruff Pet Care

They are awesome, amazing, etc. etc. My experience with them was flawless. They cat sat for two weeks and of course I was nervous. They put me at such ease by regular updates and photos. Very good communication from the first contact until the evening I arrived home wh...en I found my cat's report card :) with a note and a request to let them know via text or email that I was home and my cat was being cared for. They watered the plants and handled business for me when my apt. manager replaced my heater while I was away. Very reasonable price for this professional service. They are a husband and wife team which I love: support local small business!! I am so happy that I found my new cat sitters. Read More

I have used Bettina and Joey as my go to pet sitters for my three cats and box turtle for 3 years, and just getting back form vacation last night, I'm reminded why. I'm always anxious when I leave my animals, missing them terribly, but I know Bettina and Joey's trustwor...thy care is reliable. When I get home there is a note about their activities and progress about their care through the week. When one of the animals has had a special need, it's never a problem. Bettina always responds quickly to inquiries, they never forget a date, and I have peace of mind whether I'm away for the weekend or off on a 2 week trip. Thank you, Bettina and Joey! Read More

We've had Ruff Ruff petsit our elderly dog and cats several times in the past year, and have been very happy with their services. Though I'm usually well-organized and on-the-ball, I sometimes get vacation jitters, and have been grateful for Bettina's communication skil...ls and attention to details. She double-checks dates and a couple times when my plans have changed she's alerted me that I'd given her conflicting information. If I have a question or request, whether before, during, or after the trip, my email or phone message always gets a quick response, often from Bettina's iphone. I get the impression that Bettina and Joey care about the animals in their care, and will notice any problems that might come up and deal with them intelligently. Read More

Joey is amazing with my dogs and takes such care to walk them. He even noticed a problem with one of the dogs which lead me to find she had a medical problem. RuffRuff rocks!"

We have used Ruff Ruff Pet care for over 5 years now for both daily walks and overnight stays for vacations. Our dogs just love Joey, Bettina and Harold who does overnights for us. I trust them implicitly with my dogs who are of course just like family too me. We travel... a lot and it kills me to leave my dogs but with Ruff Ruff I know my dogs are happy and well cared for! I get a stack of notes left from every day so i can read how the day went, and my house is left super tidy, they even take in the mail, water my plants. Recently when my dog got sick Bettina was even thoughtful enough to give suggestions about timing of my other dogs walks when I take my dog for treatment. They really care about our pets and it shows! Also they are completely reliable which is very important! Peace of mind is priceless and thats why I choose Ruff Ruff every time! I would highly recommend Ruff Ruff Pet Care! Read More
