Ruth's Chris Steak House

My wife and I had gone there to celebrate my birthday. Reservations were taken perfectly and when we reached there, they correctly pronounced our (complicated) last name!. Our waitress (Linda) gave the best service ever. She was warm and friendly, and even understood by... conversation that my wife was a chocoholic and I was not. Let me give you a sneak peek into my typical trip to Ruth's Chris: Seating is always prompt, but if you must wait, the plush leather is quite nice. I start out with a Cosmopolitan. My waiter, through some strange parlor trick, remembers us from last time and knows th...at I want Ketel One. (He also continues to freak me out by remembering my entire order from last time!) Hubby gets a crabmeat cocktail, I like the lobster bisque. We typically either split a house salad or skip it all together. (Who needs lettuce? We're about to get to the good stuff!) I always get the ribeye - hubby gets the fillet. Sides include the creamed spinach and loaded baked potatoes. It's fantabulous!!! I would not consider any other resturant in Memphis for an excellent steak dinner. The food is always cooked to perfection, the atmosphere is polished, and the service is great. While once we had to wait for our table, the management made it up with free drinks. Can't beat that!

Ruth's Chris, it is the same in every city. Great food, service, and atmosphere.\t\n\t\nHave done Folk's Folly. It is like comparing Mercedes to a Lincoln. Both are nice, but one clearly has something extra.

First the restaurant was fabulous. The steak was tender and was probably the most flavorful thing to ever hit my tastebuds. I do not eat steak usually because I just do not like how it tastes, but I went to Ruth's Chris for my husband. I do not think he will ever eat a steak anywhere else because Ruth's Chris was the absolute best.
