Dangerously non-chalant
Very non-chalant. They did not take my problems and concerns seriously, which helped prolong a serious misdiagnosis that had nearly fatal consequences. All doctors spent very little time talking with me or looking over my medical history. When I asked for help quitting ...smoking and other more serious substances, they suggested I use willpower. They also never seemed to be able to recommend or help me find the specialists I needed, even when the need was great.
